Notes: It felt good to be back on the roads after the horrible long run on Saturday. Our "short" runs are now five miles. The weekday runs are 5-8-5 until the taper.

Ha, maybe those long runs in the marathon training are as much about learning how to handle the mileage, how to prepare for it, and what to do when you DO hit that inevitable wall... as they are about conditioning.
I'll be thinking of you this weekend as you run your tails off in the middle of your camping trip! I hope you get great sleep!
